We’re tried a Nor’easter one spring night in hopes that it would spark a little snow to come and help extend our season on the mountain. Our maple syrup pairs very well with fresh lime and local Canadian Whisky from a River John distillery, Caldera Distilling Inc., recipe below . Enjoy responsibly.
2oz Canadian whisky ( we recommend our local fave from Caldera Distilling)
1/2 oz of lime juice
1/2 oz of real Nova Scotia Maple syrup ( we recommend ours :))
Serve on ice with a slice of lime.
