Homemade Waffles

Makes Approximately 12 Waffles


2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 ½ TBSP. Sugar
1 ½ TBSP. Baking Powder
½ TSP. Salt
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 Cups Milk
½ Cup Melted Butter


MacRae’s Rocky Ridge Maple pure maple syrup.
Whipped cream, fresh berries, chocolate or other topping of choice.


Combine the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Whisk together the beaten eggs, milk and melted butter. With a fork gradually mix in to the dry ingredients until slightly lumpy/smooth).

Preheat a waffle maker and fill according to the manufacturer’s directions. Once the waffle is cooked, serve with MacRae’s Rocky Ridge Maple’s pure maple syrup and any other topping of your choice.
