Fall, normally means apples are in season, fresh apple cider is on the shelves, and Mom’s fresh baked apple pie will be on the kitchen counter soon. It’s the best because of course she makes it with love and our maple syrup. We’ve been having fun mixing up beverages with North River`s own Raging Crow Distillery`s maple vodka (made with our own maple syrup). We discovered that if you mix it with our maple syrup and fresh apple cider that it tastes a lot like Mom’s apple pie. It also pairs well with a snack of fresh Annapolis Valley Apples and our maple butter. Enjoy!!

1 cup apple cider. Stir. Serve hot or cold. Perfect by the fire.
